I went to an AI agents event in London this week. Hundreds of people in the room.
And I had a realisation.
I’ve been using AI agents and AI-enabled tools far more deeply than most people who speak publicly about this — not because I’m a technical founder, but because I’ve had no choice. As a small team, you learn by building under pressure.
I use AI to organise my thinking, turn raw ideas into assets, build content systems, research markets, prepare proposals, manage outreach, create offers, and run multiple projects simultaneously.
For a long time I kept thinking: “I’m not ready to talk about this yet.”
That was a mistake.
The system doesn’t need to be perfect before it becomes useful. It needs to be real.
So I’m going to start sharing this properly — not as an AI guru, but as a founder building an AI operating system in public.
